HVAC Air Vents, Diffusers & Grilles

Air vents are the visible end of an HVAC system. Their job is to distribute supply air evenly without draughts, and to return it without noise — while matching the ceiling finish closely enough not to draw attention.

We mould these in high-impact ABS rather than forming them in metal. ABS does not corrode, will not dent in handling, and weighs a fraction of an aluminium grille — which matters when the unit is being fixed overhead. Because supply and return grilles are usually visible in the same room, we produce both in the same ABS grade and finish. Ordered together, they match; ordered separately from different suppliers, they rarely do.

Air Supply Diffusers

Supply diffusers distribute conditioned air into the room. Fixed-blade units are the general-purpose choice; adjustable-blade units let the installer tune throw and direction on site, which is useful where furniture layout or ceiling height is not yet fixed.

Return Air Grilles

Return grilles take air back to the plant. Fixed-blade construction with a removable core, so the grille can be lifted out for duct cleaning without disturbing the frame. Filter-backed versions are available where return air needs a first stage of filtration.

Ordering

Send us the neck size, the face size, the type, and the RAL colour. Where a project specifies a particular grille pattern, a photo or a sample lets us match the blade pitch and spacing. Standard sizes ship from stock; non-standard sizes add roughly 15–20 days.
