Xuzhou Qideyi Building Materials Co., Ltd manufactures decorative ceiling and wall finishing products in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province — a region with a long-established cluster of gypsum and decorative building materials production. We export directly to buyers overseas.
We operate three in-house factories covering gypsum access panels, air conditioning vents, and decorative mouldings. Because the tooling, casting, finishing and packing all sit inside our own facilities, buyers deal with the manufacturer rather than a trading intermediary — specification changes are handled directly, and pricing reflects factory cost.

Customer-branded packaging and printed cartons are routine rather than exceptional. Standard profiles and sizes are held in stock for fast shipment.
How we work with overseas buyers
Export is the core of our business, so the process is set up for buyers who are not standing in our factory. Enquiries are answered in English within one working day. Quotations state the price basis clearly — FOB, CIF or door-to-door — along with MOQ, lead time and packing details, so there are no surprises at the shipping stage.
Order tracking is handled in real time through to shipment, with flexible shipping coordination. Full technical documents and installation guidance are supplied with the goods.
